Do you ship to my city and location?
For a superlative customer experience, we have decided to deliver each product by our Courier/Parcel Service partners. Once you selected your product and added it your cart, then go to cart page and there on the right hand side you can find a tab stating Cart Totals. In that tab you can change address to yours by Selecting your State and entering your PIN Code. After entering details, if system showed a shipping method (Free or Flat Rate), that means we are delivering to your location otherwise we are sorry that we are not delivering to your location.
How much do I have to pay for delivery?
We charge flat amount for delivery however for some locations we provide free delivery.
The shipping cost is based on the location and the product being sold at graceamaron.com and will not change on application of discount coupons. You can find your location delivery charges by adding products to your cart and changing address to yours.
How long does it take for delivery?
When you order from our website www.graceamaron.com and your PIN code is 534235 then you will get the product on same day. Or if your location pincode is beyond this we ensure that your order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within the delivery time frame, It varies from location to location. (Minimum 2 Days to maximum 10 Days)
Can I have my stuff delivered on a particular day?
We strive to deliver products purchased from graceamaron.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same.
How can I track my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails. If you are not receiving the order updates via email, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team immediately. Can I open the COD parcel before making the payment?

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).
What if I am not home when my package arrives?
Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.
What if I do not like the product or cannot take delivery of my order? Can I cancel the order?
We, at GraceAmaron, work to ensure that you get what you see on our website. And there is no option to cancel the order. In the rare case when you absolutely don’t like the product or don’t have the space to keep it or have some unforeseen circumstances that make you cancel the order, we are offering exchange (if the product was damaged on arrival) otherwise you can return the product to us. Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

We are currently not delivering products outside India.
My items haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow up to 10 business days (maximum) for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step.
